Essential ideas, concepts that you are expected to learn during the training
(usually with emphasis such as blocked letters). Identify only one or two
per session. Do not be over-ambitious as adults can only assimilate a
certain amount of knowledge over a given period. Repeat many times
your KLPs; they are fundamental points you want to remember.
